ONLINE Yoga for Runners

Join keen runner Alice for her wonderful Yoga for Runners classes; bringing together everything she knows about running far, running fast, preparation and recovery. Expect classes to include some meditation for grounding, and pranayama (breathing techniques), a yoga flow to build core strength and strength in all important areas of the body plus deep release of the hamstrings and hips – which can be really tight for runners. Yoga is widely renowned as a perfect compliment to a regular running practice. Most runners have to stop running because of problems with their joints, or tightness in the muscles, but a regular yoga practice can minimise this hugely. Come join us to experience this amazing compliment to running!   This class is delivered online.
